The Oyster Flat is our modernly designed two-bedroom apartment situated in the most convenient and affluent neighborhood in Ikoyi, housed within a residential apartment complex.
The space
It features sleek, minimalist furniture with pops of vibrant colors throughout. The walls are adorned with beautiful and colorful artwork, ranging from abstract pieces to bold geometric designs, adding personality and character to the space. Large windows allow natural light to flood in, illuminating the room and highlighting the art pieces. The overall ambiance is inviting and stylish, creating a vibrant and dynamic living environment.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire flat. The outdoor areas are the only shared spaces by all guests.

WE OFFER ✈️ AIRPORT PICK-UPS & TRAVEL AROUND LAGOS DEPENDING ON OUR VEHICLE AVAILABILITY

Here are the rates we offer for travel:

Airport Pick Up= N35,000/£17.5/$22

Airport pick-ups before 7 am or after 7pm= N40,000/£20/$25

Airport Drop Off= N30,000/£15/$20

Airport drop-offs before 7 am or after 7pm= N35,000/£17.5/$22

Flight delays will result in an additional fee of N2,000/£1/$1.50 per hour as our driver will have to wait longer and pay extra parking fees.

We also offer a DAILY RENTAL of our vehicle with our driver for trips within Lagos. Price will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that all prices of travel are subject to change due to the unstable price of petrol and the FX rate.

P.S. - When picked up, our driver is available to take you to run some basic errands such as groceries/pharmacy run, and money exchange before you arrive at the home or quickly after you drop off your bags. We kindly ask that you spend no more than 45 minutes to 1-hour max on errands

ELECTRICITY & POWER SUPPLY AT BDG HOMES:

At BDG Homes Ikoyi, we prioritize uninterrupted power supply to enhance your stay at The Wenge Flat. We ensure 24/7 power availability through various sources, including the utility company, Eko Electricity Distribution Company (formerly known as NEPA), a diesel generator, and a solar inverter. The utility company and diesel generator offer full power while the solar inverter provides limited power.

In the event of a power outage from the utility company between the hours of 9:00 am & 6:00 pm, the solar inverter kicks in and supplies power to the entire home. The solar inverter ensures power to light bulbs, TVs, WiFi, fans, and bedroom/living room sockets. However, t
