Guests have access to their entire flat and all shared areas in the complex, including the building laundry room, swimming pool, lawn/garden area, and lobbies throughout the building.
Other things to note
At BDG Homes PHC, we prioritize uninterrupted power supply to enhance your stay at The Afara Flat. We ensure 24/7 power availability through a combination of sources, including the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED), diesel, and petrol generators.

Primary Power Source: Under normal conditions, power is supplied by PHED, providing optimal electricity to the premises.

Backup Generators: In the event of an outage from the electricity distribution company, our backup generators kick in. During the day, the petrol generator is utilized, ensuring power to lightbulbs, TVs, WiFi, fans, and bedroom/living room sockets. However, the A/Cs, kitchen appliances, and certain sockets will not be powered during this time.
