A new stylish studio Apt located in the heart of LEKKI PH 1. It offers 24/7 Light & WiFi, NETFLIX (with your acc) DSTV & free cleaning every 4days.
It is very serene and secure & about 5mins walk to Imax cinema, Dowen college, Evercare hospital, Banks, Restaurants, Clubs, Stores etc. It is 4mins walk to the 24/7 Village Restaurant. Less than 5mins drive to the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge and the Lekki Ph 1 gate.

Other things to note
1) The mattress in the room has both soft and hard sides, allowing guests to flip to their preferred option.
2)The shared laundry room at the rear of the ground floor includes a washer (white) and a washer-dryer combo (black), as well as an ironing board and iron.
3)The shared gym and snooker/tennis table are also located at the rear of the ground floor.
4)A mini store is conveniently located in the next building beside the apartment.
5)The Village Restaurant, a 3–4 minute walk away, is open 24/7 and offers delivery. Please contact the host for their number.
6)Guests arriving after 10 PM will need the weekly street passcode, which will be provided at check-in. For late check-ins, the host can be contacted for assistance.
7) Please note that this is a non-smoking building of any kind and a $200 violation fee for deep cleaning applies.
8) Please note we are not licensed to operate as a hotel, so there is no receptionist on site and no provision for additional essentials beyond what is provided in the room at check-in. The reception area is simply for your convenience-to ease check-in and to wait before check-in or after check-out.
For security reasons, a photo ID will be required at check-in.

9)We provide 24/7 electricity powered by a combination of government supply (UPCN), a generator, and an inverter. When UPCN is unavailable, the generator is used, and the inverter supports it for a few hours if the outage exceeds 24 hours.
10)Our Wi-Fi is provided by MTN, one of the most reliable carriers in Nigeria. The service quality is subject to the provider’s network performance.
Cancel your booking at least 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund (excluding service and commission fees).
Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable, and the full amount is credited to the host.
