1) The mattress in the room has both soft and hard sides, allowing guests to flip to their preferred option.
2)The shared laundry room at the rear of the ground floor includes a washer (white) and a washer-dryer combo (black), as well as an ironing board and iron.
3)The shared gym and snooker/tennis table are also located at the rear of the ground floor.
4)A mini store is conveniently located in the next building beside the apartment.
5)The Village Restaurant, a 3–4 minute walk away, is open 24/7 and offers delivery. Please contact the host for their number.
6)Guests arriving after 10 PM will need the weekly street passcode, which will be provided at check-in. For late check-ins, the host can be contacted for assistance.
7) Please note that this is a non-smoking building of any kind and a $200 violation fee for deep cleaning applies.
8) Please note we are not licensed to operate as a hotel, so there is no receptionist on site and no provision for additional essentials beyond what is provided in the room at check-in. The reception area is simply for your convenience-to ease check-in and to wait before check-in or after check-out.
