Upon entering our house, you will notice the Pool view and natural light flowing and illuminating the entire villa in a natural way, making the first impression spectacular.
The space
We are sure that you will feel that you have arrived at a unique and different place from the others, a place that will make you feel like your Villa!

The villa is located within the gated, upscale community of Tuscan Hills which has a clubhouse with fitness center, games room, tennis courts and children's play area.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1 master bedroom and pool.

Master bedroom includes Queen size bed, walk in closet, and flat screen Smart TV. Master bathroom has shower, WC and 2 basins.
2nd bedroom has full size bed, double closet, and flat screen Smart TV.
3rd bedroom has twin beds, double closet and a flat screen Smart TV.

Family bathroom has bath/shower, WC, and sink. Living Room area has 2 couch(3-seater sofa each), patio doors to pool area, 58" Smart TV.

Dining area has dining table which seats 6 and patio doors. There is driveway parking for two vehicles.
There is also bar seating for 2 people

The pool is fully screened in order to keep out bugs and there sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine, a pool safety fence to keep the children safe and a shaded lanai area with patio table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers.

+Private Pool INCLUDED is 3 feet in the shallow end and 5 feet in the deep end.

+BBQ and Pool/Hottub HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED in daily rates (ASK POOL Heating RATES and BBQ). If you want some of these additional amenities, please let us know.
+Free High speed internet and WiFi available in the entire house.

+Towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and pool towels are freely available for your use.

+Coffee (Regular and Decaf), Tea, sugar provided.
